HOW TO BENEFIT FROM PFIFFNER RT ROTARY TRANSFER CENTERS
Pfiffner RT rotary transfer centers offer up to 12 stations for machining rotationally symmetrical workpieces up to a maximum clamping diameter of 52 mm and total length of 150 mm, or for cubic workpieces with an edge length of 100 x 100 x 100 mm and workpiece lengths up to 150 mm.
Up to 18 machining modules can be used and these are always mounted on the same 3-axis base module. Combination with a wide variety of tool modules results in almost endless configuration options for the ideal and most cost-effective production of a workpiece.

Pfiffner RT rotary transfer centers enable 6-sided machining of complex mass parts without repositioning. Almost everything is possible: including turning, milling, drilling, gear cutting, reaming, slotting, broaching, honing, grinding and assembly. Also feed compensation, cross machining and special operations (e.g. in-process measurement).
The mineral cast machine bed on the Pfiffner RT rotary transfer center is impressive due to its high static and dynamic rigidity and especially high damping capacity. The perfect base for highly dynamic and precise machining for the high-volume market.
TOP PERFORMANCE FOR MAXIMUM PRECISION
Pfiffner RT rotary transfer centers enable machining from rod or raw part. When machining raw parts, the workpieces are not only loaded, but also measured in their clamping position and corrected in subsequent machining stations. This enables detection of and compensation for dimensional variations on the raw part.
Pfiffner RT rotary transfer centers are the perfect solution for precise and efficient production of high-quality 42CrMo4 injector nozzles with short cycle times of only 24.4 seconds.
