ADVANTAGES AND HIGHLIGHTS
Rotary transfer machines with maximum flexibility
Pfiffner multi-spindle rotary transfer machines and rotary transfer centers enable fully automatic machining of your components from bar material to finished workpiece in a stand-alone machine.
The Pfiffner range of rotary transfer machines covers all requirements for serial production of complex metal parts. Pfiffner rotary transfer machines are used for machining from bar, coil or via automatic parts feeders. They ensure high-precision, simultaneous machining of workpieces and a consistently high part quality at all stations. The setup of machining stations in horizontal and vertical arrangement allows just in time machining of high production volumes at the shortestcycle times. 80% of applications run with a cycle time of just six to twelve seconds!
Rotary transfer machines for the highest demands
Pfiffner RT rotary transfer centers with six/twelve stations enable uncompromising 6-sided cutting of complex cubic and rotationally symmetrical workpieces with repositioning. Up to 18 machining stations and a turning spindle with twelve chucks enable the machining of workpieces from rod with a size of 60 × 100 mm.Learn more
The Pfiffner Hydromat® series includes high-precision rotary transfer machines with modular, hydraulic CNC-controlled machining units. Hydromat® HC machines with up to 24 machining units are suitable for rotationally symmetrical workpieces with a maximum clamping diameter of 52 mm and length of 170 mm.Learn more
