Superb rigidity
Rambaudi Sara universal milling machines offer a stable design. The steel bed with its lattice structure dampens vibrations and prevents overheating. The built-in traveling table made of Meehanite® cast iron moves along the X-axis and carries workpieces weighing up to ten tons.
Maximum precision
The fixed gantry with movable table consists entirely of cast iron and has axis travels of X = 3,200 mm, Y = 2,400 mm and Z = 900 mm. Speed on the linear axes of 24 m/min and a movable table measuring 3,000 x 2,000 mm enable top performance and maximum precision.
Flexible use
The Rambaudi Sara universal milling center can be equipped with an indexed universal milling head (up to 33 kW output and 5,000 rpm speed) for top performance when milling. A comprehensive range of accessories caters for a wide range of applications.
Ideal ergonomics
Rambaudi Sara universal milling machines offer a particularly ergonomic cabin for effective protection from chips and fluid. Linear guides ensure high rigidity, low friction and quiet operation.
