MAG SPECHT

MAG SPECHT CNC machining center for all axis configurations

MAG SPECHT CNC machining centers are ideal as interlinked multi-machine systems. They can also be used as a stand-alone machine and in manufacturing cells. The convincing feature of these single-spindle CNC systems is their modular structure, which provides maximum flexibility and makes them individually configurable. This enables the main spindle to be chosen from a selection of motor and gear spindles. A ball screw or linear motor drive can be used for the axis drive. MAG SPECHT CNC systems can therefore be ideally adapted to the respective machining requirements and surrounding infrastructure.

    ADVANTAGES

HOW TO BENEFFIT FROM MAG SPECHT CNC MACHINING CENTERS

    Maximum flexibility

A wide range of standardized parts enable single- or double-spindle MAG SPECHT CNC machines to be configured for specific customer requirements. Single-spindle CNC systems are available for workpiece lengths from 200 to 1,400 mm.

    Individual configurations

MAG SPECHT CNC systems permit all axis configurations (A, B, A/B) with a wide range of media ducts along with motor and gear spindles with a high service life. Numerous tool magazines are available for individual requirements. It is possible to use special tools, e.g. for drilling cylinders or crankshafts. Honing operations can also be realized on MAG SPECHT CNC machines.

    Top performance

MAG SPECHT CNC machining centers enable the shortest chip-to-chip times to under 2.5 seconds due to highly dynamic pick-up discs with top tool capacity. Rapid traverse permits up to 120 m/min and acceleration up to 1.5 m/s.

    Perfect for various loading concepts

Directly driven rotary tables with horizontal or vertical rotation axes can be configured for 4-axis and 5-axis machining. This makes MAG SPECHT CNC systems ideal for manufacturing systems with the most diverse loading concepts.

    APPLICATIONS

    TOP PERFORMANCE FOR MAXIMUM PRECISION

Modular MAG SPECHT CNC machining centers are convincing due to their ideal axis arrangement, shortest positioning times and least unproductive travels. Benefit from top precision and surface quality at maximum machining speed.

    • Transmission

      Transmission case

MAG SPECHT CNC machines can machine transmission cases up to 1,750 mm in diameter and 1,775 mm high with absolute precision. Tools weighing up to 25 kg and with Ø 350 mm and a wide range of media ducts offer maximum flexibility.

    • Chassis

      Wheel carrier

MAG SPECHT CNC machines can machine wheel carriers up to 1,750 mm in diameter and 1,775 mm high with absolute precision. The machine's jig boring principle and its axis drives with ball screw or linear motor ensure maximum performance and precision.

    • Electric drive

      Stator housing

MAG SPECHT CNC machines offer maximum stability when machining stator housings using tools weighing up to 25 kg and a diameter of 350 mm. Dynamic tools and a wide range of media ducts provide maximum flexibility.

    • Structure

      Structural parts

MAG SPECHT CNC machines provide a large work area for 5-axis complete machining of complex structural parts, such as chassis frame sections. Highly dynamic spindles operating at up to 18,000 rpm ensure best results.

    • Engine

      Cylinder block

Dynamic tools on MAG SPECHT CNC machines make them the perfect solution for the preparatory and finish honing of cylinder bores and for crankshaft machining (up to 1,400 mm Z-stroke). Maximum workpiece sizes: 1,750 mm diameter and 1,775 mm high.

    • Engine

      Cylinder head

MAG SPECHT CNC machines are the ideal solution for efficient and effective machining of cast iron and aluminum cylinder heads using tools up to 1,000 mm long. Maximum workpiece sizes: 1,750 mm diameter and 1,775 mm high.
