Jobs milling centers feature the highest quality and reliability with reduced operating and maintenance costs. Their machines with 3, 3+2 or 5 axes cover complete manufacturing processes in a single machining center and ensure maximum overall efficiency and low part costs with consistently high part quality.
One of the highlights in the Jobs range is their 5-axis milling centers for machining medium-sized and large parts. These permit highly precise and cost-efficient machining of components with complex shapes, profiles or sculptured surfaces in steel and titanium alloys, light metal alloys and composite materials.

Jobs Ever 1 and 5
The Jobs Ever 1 is a CNC milling center with three or five axes for working with a spatially adjustable tool axis. This milling center has a fixed gantry and movable table. It can therefore be equipped both with a vertical spindle and with an indexing or interpolating milling head. Jobs presents the first manipulation robot with high loading capacity. Founded in 1978 for automation, Jobs now starts to manufacture manipulation robots with 5/6 axes.
Jobs presents the Jomach 25, the first 5-axis high-speed milling center with a movable gantry. This is targeted particularly at the machining of styling models and applications in the aviation industry.
From 1980 to 1990 Jobs continues to expand its own product range and gains access to additional markets: mold & die making for the automotive industry, machining of jet engine parts and parts for the energy sector, general mechanics.
Jobs presents the B.U.S.S. (basic universal spindle) automatic head changing system. This enables the complete execution of roughing, semi-finishing and finishing operations without repositioning the workpiece.
Jobs presents the new Linx family of milling centers with linear motors: the Linx Blitz and Linx TMX.
Jobs presents the Linx O, a compact and ergonomic 5-axis horizontal milling center with linear motors for machining large cubic components.
Jobs presents the Tarkus, a horizontal/vertical, 5-axis high-performance milling center for machining tough materials; Compoflex, the flexible fixture developed by Jobs, enables the referencing and clamping of components made of composite materials.
From October 1 Jobs takes over the Sachman business activities. The company thus reinforces its own product offering in the milling field and enters the general mechanics supplier market.
Jobs continues development of the mid-range family by introducing the following models: the Ever high gantry milling machine and the Thor 200 with its large movable column.
The "Jobs Milling Show – Full Technology" is held in the Jobs plant and presents the latest milling centers and systems from Jobs, Sachman and Rambaudi as high-performance, turnkey systems for all areas of application.
Manufacture, sales and customer support of the Sigma brand also take place in Piacenza after early 2015. The Frazer horizontal milling center is presented in October 2015: a machine that responds to market requirements regarding high productivity and product quality at an attractive price.
