Quality assurance for our own products and turnkey systems includes the use of measuring equipment from Carl Zeiss, Tesa coordinate measuring machines, Mitutoyo height and surface roughness measuring instruments, coating thickness gages, Zoller tool presetting units and Rockwell hardness testers. A cooling system has been developed for MAG SPECHT and NBH horizontal machining centers from our partner Hüller Hille. This is produced and assembled in-house.

FFG India started operations in 2006 with service, spare parts, sales and application support in all aspects of the FFG Group's leading turning, milling, grinding and gear-cutting technologies. The technology center for localized equipment solutions was opened in 2011; its surface area now totals 2,800 m². The current activities of the technology center include the design and manufacture of fixtures, machine subsystems like pallet changers, the installation of cooling equipment, general engineering and spindle servicing. More than 600 European machines and over 1,500 machines from FFG Taiwan have so far been installed in India, including those from Feeler. Around 200 fixtures a year are delivered worldwide.
