    CNC-controlled multi-spindle rotary transfer machines in the FFG product program enable countless simultaneous machining operations on a workpiece. Cycle times in mass production can therefore be considerably shortened, without compromising in terms of precision and part quality – and at minimal operating costs.

    Pfiffner PT

    The Pfiffner PT range includes fully CNC-controlled rotary transfer machines with 12/16 stations. These are distinguished by the highest precision and fast setup, as well as the shortest cycle times and high application flexibility. Pfiffner PT rotary transfer machines are suitable for rotationally symmetric workpieces with a maximum clamping diameter of 52 mm and length of 150 mm, or cubic workpieces up to 120 x 40 x 80 mm.

    Pfiffner Hydromat

    The series includes Pfiffner Hydromat® high-precision rotary transfer machines with modular, hydraulic CNC-controlled machining units. Hydromat® HC machines with up to 24 machining units are suitable for rotationally symmetrical workpieces with a maximum clamping diameter of 52 mm and length of 170 mm or cubic workpieces with edge length 100/120 mm and workpiece length at most 150/200 mm. Hydromat® LEAN machines with up to 18 machining units are suitable for rotationally symmetrical workpieces with a maximum clamping diameter of 25 mm and length of 100 mm.

    IMASTRANSFER

    IMASTRANSFER rotary transfer machines with up to 24 stations are innovative transfer machines for mass production. IMASTRANSFER enables the use of mechanical, NC or mixed machining modules as well as of sloping or vertical units.<br/> IMASTRANSFER therefore becomes the flexible mixed-turning-linear-indexing solution for machining from bar feeders.

    Witzig & Frank Turmat

    Witzig & Frank Turmat rotary transfer machines offer four to ten stations and up to 27 parallel processing units, e.g. for drilling, milling, thread cutting, honing, grinding, turning, reaming, forming, annealing, measuring, testing and assembly. Optional peripherals, such as pick-up turning units, tool changers, facing heads and internal coolant supply, enable the highest productivity and flexibility in volume production.

    Witzig & Frank LSA

    Fully CNC-controlled Witzig & Frank LSA rotary transfer machines offer four to eight stations and up to 21 parallel machining units, e.g. for drilling, milling, thread cutting, honing, grinding, turning, reaming, forming, annealing, measuring, testing and assembly. Optional peripherals, such as pick-up turning units, tool changers, facing heads and internal coolant supply, enable the highest productivity and flexibility in volume production.

    Rotary transfer centers

    Top flexibility and variability for medium and high quantities

    CNC-controlled rotary transfer centers in the FFG product portfolio offer the same flexibility and efficiency as rotary transfer machines, but with fewer stations and machining units. So they are also ideal for smaller batch sizes with high application flexibility.

    Pfiffner RT

    Pfiffner RT rotary transfer centers with six/twelve stations enable uncompromising 6-sided cutting of complex cubic and rotationally symmetrical workpieces with repositioning. Up to 18 machining stations and a turning spindle with twelve chucks enable the machining of workpieces from bar with a size of 60 × 100 mm and blanks with a size of 100 x 100 x 100 mm.

    IMASFLEX

    IMASFLEX rotary transfer machines with up to three spindles per station enable up to 18 simultaneous operations on one workpiece. IMASFLEX offers high flexibility and reconfigurability. The IMASFLEX 150 is ideal for workpiece sizes up to 150 mm, even in small batch sizes. The IMASFLEX 300 H&V is suitable for workpiece sizes up to 600 mm, in particular for automotive components with strict tolerance and iteration requirements.

    Witzig & Frank Uniflex

    Witzig & Frank Uniflex standard rotary transfer centers offer four stations and up to six processing units plus up to three fully CNC-controlled rotating units. Modular 3-axis units with tool changers ensure maximum flexibility.

    Witzig & Frank Triflex

    Witzig & Frank Triflex rotary transfer centers enable simultaneous 5-axis machining and offer maximum productivity due to their sequential 6-station manufacturing processes. Cycle time neutral loading/unloading results in non-productive times being significantly minimized.
