At the FFG booth, visitors can experience the fine art of mechanical engineering firsthand at numerous exhibits. Realization of data capture
Today, professional evaluation of available data plays an important role in any production planning. Engineers and simulation experts at FFG ensure full integration into the customer's production planning systems at an early stage in the engineering phase.
Using state of the art software and 3D design data a „PROCESS TWIN“ is created. The result a visual insight into production processes and customer-specific details where we can easily identify inefficiencies in either the machining or overall system design. The digital product twin is generated on the basis of the 3D design data and visualizes the technical specifications and the design of the machines. Only the combination of 3D product data and machine data can result in a fully-fledged digital plant twin – FFG's booth at EMO will demonstrate state of the art Industry 4.0.
