Eislingen/Germany, June 20, 2023 – with digitalization, intelligent services, energy resource efficiency and a focus toward climate-neutral manufacturing at the top of the industrial agenda we introduce “Innovate Manufacturing”.
- Product innovation is showcased across 20 brands at our 1300 m2 booth at Hall 12.
- Excellence in mechanical engineering for the automotive, rail transport, aerospace, and aviation industries
- Groundbreaking exhibits and presentations from the fields of electromobility, digitalization, and services
Creating value chain
At the FFG booth, visitors can experience the fine art of mechanical engineering firsthand at numerous exhibits. Best-practice examples from different industries provide lasting impressions of successful use cases. From horizontal 5-axis machining centers to vertical grinding machines and automatic CNC lathes: FFG Group encompasses 20 product brands which will showcase a broad portfolio of solutions that can be used to completely map value chains. Standard systems for turning, milling, grinding, and gear cutting support individual manufacturing processes, while turnkey and ready-to-use complete systems support the industrialization of production in new plants.
Realization of data capture
Today, professional evaluation of available data plays an important role in any production planning. Engineers and simulation experts at FFG ensure full integration into the customer's production planning systems at an early stage in the engineering phase.
Using state of the art software and 3D design data a „PROCESS TWIN“ is created. The result a visual insight into production processes and customer-specific details where we can easily identify inefficiencies in either the machining or overall system design. The digital product twin is generated on the basis of the 3D design data and visualizes the technical specifications and the design of the machines. Only the combination of 3D product data and machine data can result in a fully-fledged digital plant twin – FFG's booth at EMO will demonstrate state of the art Industry 4.0.
From energy-efficient machines to energy-efficiency systems
Engine spindle, machine cooling, compressed air – there are numerous starting points for reducing the energy requirements of machine tools. FFG's products embraces all of them to ensure maximum resource efficiency with maximum performance. FFG is the pioneer in the implementation of energy-saving solutions. Above all, intelligent software controls minimize the CO₂ footprint per component while ensuring your entire manufacturing systems offers maximum sustainability.
“We offer an enormous amount of know-how and expertise across our brands. As the leading trade show for production technology, EMO provides the FFG Group the perfect platform to demonstrate our entire range and core skills to an international audience,” says Dr. Sebastian Schoening, CEO of FFG Europe & Americas. “We are already looking forward to finding sophisticated and individual solutions for the challenges of innovative manufacturing in direct exchange with customers and interested parties.”
